Sal entered the Real Estate industry in April of 1994 after 36 years in the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, retiring in Campbell River in 1993. During his time with the RCMP, he was a frequent user of real estate services, gaining first hand knowledge of the stressess and anxieties involved in both buying and selling.
